We do not guarantee that the Service, or any part of it, will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

4. Accounts and Access

4.1 Account Creation

Accounts are created and accessed via email-based authentication using one-time verification codes.

4.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining access to your email account
• All activity carried out under your account

If your email account is compromised, access to your Lad on Tour account may also be compromised.

4.3 Account Use

• Each account is intended for a single user only
• Account sharing is not permitted

5. Acceptable Use
